HOPE

We want to remind you that hope is not just a fleeting emotion,

but a powerful force that can drive us towards better days.

It's the belief that despite the challenges we face, there is always

a possibility for things to improve.

********* So how do we stay inspired while waiting? **********

"One way is to focus on self-care and nurturing your well-being.

Engage in activities that bring you joy, whether it's reading a book,

going for a walk, or spending time with loved ones.

Take care of your mental and emotional health, and remember

that it's okay to seek help if needed.

"Another way to stay inspired is to set goals for yourself and

work towards them.

Whether it's learning a new skill, starting a passion project,

(if a Christian believer with a relationship with Jesus Christ,

reference and study what biblical scripture(s) are/can be uplifting

and speak to your very soul, mind, heart and spirit.

Or simply taking small steps towards your dreams,

having a sense of purpose can fuel your hope and motivation.

"Lastly, remember that you're not alone.

Reach out for support from friends, family,

or a professional if you're struggling.

Connecting with others and sharing your feelings can

help you feel more hopeful and supported during

difficult times.

Reaching out to a trusted and and connecting with others

that include relationships that

are toxic in relationship. Seeking counseling (if applicable).

But taking the time and effort to actually reach out for

positive and beneficial support (is crucial)*
